Review a contract
Upload a file or paste the contract text. Lexplex will analyze the
agreement and highlight key risks, imbalances and negotiation
points.

You can either upload a PDF/DOCX/TXT file or paste the entire
contract text below.
Contract file
Supported formats in the MVP: PDF, DOCX and TXT. The backend
extracts the text and sends it to OpenAI for analysis.
Contract text
Depending on how you provide the contract (file or text), Lexplex
will call either
/api/contracts/review-file or
/api/contracts/review-text. The full result will be
visible on the Result page.
